Registration

The 2015 Southeast Horn Workshop will take place regardless of weather conditions. In the event of cold or snowy weather, please bring appropriate attire.

Fees

Registration Fees:

Early registration for the full workshop is available at a discounted rate until January 16, 2015.

Registration fees (not including parking, competition, and exhibitor fees) can be refunded until January 30, 2015. No refunds are available thereafter. Substitutions for competitions after registration are allowed. No parking, competition, or exhibitor fees are refundable at any time.

Single tickets for the Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday afternoon recitals are available without workshop registration for $10 each.

Competition Fees:

The fee for each competition is $20.

Each student may enter one solo competition and one mock orchestral audition competition. Should a student enter the quartet competition, all four members of the quartet must be registered and pay the competition fee. Students must pay the fee for each event. All competitors must be registered for full 3-day workshop attendance.

Students entering any solo competition may use a staff accompanist for an additional $10 fee.

Parking Fees:

The fee for parking in the Union Square lot is $15 per day.

Mailed registrations must pay by check payable to LSU Continuing Education. (Please write “Southeast Horn Workshop 2015” on the memo line of the check.) Print the following form and mail it with your payment to:

Groups who wish to pay multiple registrations at once should complete a form for each registrant and mail all the forms and one check together.

Register On-Site

You may register on-site when you arrive. Parking passes may be purchased on-site if they were not purchased at the time of registration. Payment will be accepted by cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard.
