Hattiesburg, Mississippi is located about a two-hour drive north of New Orleans or southeast of Jackson, Mississippi, three and a half hours southeast of Birmingham, Alabama, and three hours west of Pensacola, Florida.

The closest airports are the Hattiesburg-Laurel Regional Airport (PIB), which is about a 30 minute drive away and the Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport (GPT), which is located about 1.5 hours by car from Hattiesburg. The Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) and the Jackson-Evers International Airport (JAN) are each about a 2 hour drive from Hattiesburg.
Workshop events will be held in Marsh Hall, the Mannoni Performing Arts Center, and Bennett Auditorium. The campus map shows these buildings with a thick, black outline.
Parking passes will be e-mailed or mailed to registrants upon registration. Those who register on-site will get a parking pass at the registration table. The parking pass is valid for parking in the dust bowl: the two parking lots on the south side of the street from the Performing Arts Center—at the intersection of Hardy Street and 31st Avenue.
